NorthWoof is a unique Pet Bakery and Boutique offering an ever changing line of home decor and gifts themed around pet lovers! As well as pet supplies and pet accessories for your everyday needs as a pet parent.  Our Pet Bakery makes all dog treats from scratch in small batches.

Please note: Email is the preferred method of contact with the quickest response time. As a small company our staff performs a variety of tasks and it can be hard to answer calls during the day. Feel free to call with questions, but please leave a detailed message and allow 1 business day to respond. Most emails are answered in under 4 hours (including weekends) and route directly to the owner.

 

Ordering Information

Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Square, PayPal, Check, Cash.

Your order is final once submitted. We are not able to make changes, cancellations, or apply discounts.

Multiple purchases of the same product or multiple orders to the same address may be combined to save on packaging. 

Please recycle and reuse our shipping materials whenever possible.

Discount codes are limited to 1 per order and 1 use per household. Other restrictions may apply.

Discounts are not valid on special order items or for shipping charges. 1 discount per order. Multiple orders from the same customer using the same discount code will be rejected.

 

Shipping: 

Most orders ship the same day when placed by 11am Central time. 

During busier times of the year or after weekends and Holidays, there may be a longer than normal delay in processing your order for shipment.

Please verify your shipping information before placing your order. Orders returned as undeliverable are subject to our standard return policy.

Choose from a variety of convenient and fast shipping options at checkout. We receive a discount on UPS, USPS, & DHL rates and pass those savings on to you. A default shipping method may be selected if shipping time is the same or faster.

 

International Orders

Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees. Items returned to us for non-payment of any fees, or for being rejected by customs are not eligible to be refunded. Buyer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred. To help expedite your order through customs, a phone number is required. Not providing a phone number could result in extended delivery delays. It is your responsibility to insure products are able to be imported to your country.

 

Privacy Policy:

NorthWoof will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

 

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted for new products in original packaging only for 21 days. Contact us for a return authorization before returning any items. Shipping charges are not refundable, buyer pays return shipping.

We are unable to offer refunds or replace orders that have been sent with a valid tracking number and show delivered by the carrier. It is important to have your order delivered to a secure location. If your order shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact the shipping provider as they are better able to assist you.

Basic insurance is included with Priority Mail and UPS shipments. Insurance coverage on shipments only covers items lost or damaged in shipping up to $100 depending on service type unless you contact us to purchase additional coverage.

If items are damaged in shipping, damage must be reported within 7 days and all original packaging materials need to be saved. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper for damages.
